How HSS uses information
HSS uses submitted information to respond to requests, manage candidate and client relationships, evaluate potential staffing matches, coordinate services and maintain a private message history.
Storage and retention
Records are protected through access controls and are retained only as long as reasonably needed for staffing and service operations, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask HSS to correct or remove your information, subject to required recordkeeping, by emailing Admin@HerbalSolutionsStaffing.com. You can turn message email alerts off in My HSS.
Keep sensitive documents out of messages
Do not submit Social Security numbers, fingerprint images, medical records or identity documents through the public contact form. HSS will provide a separate process when a document is needed.
